A Message from the Head of School Tom Argersinger

Dear Parents and Friends of CCS,

Hopefully you have recovered from our recent snow-pocalypse! What an amazing once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience a little bit of winter!

The admissions and re-enrollment seasons are upon us. I think it's important that we pause for a moment and thank God for His grace and His mercy as He has built this school and continues to move it towards our goal of being truly extraordinary.

As I have observed the preparations here in the Main Office, I am particularly struck by the incredible level of professionalism, mixed with compassion, that I see exhibited by our administrative team and our support staff on a daily basis.

No school can truly be extraordinary without an extraordinary team of people supporting the work done in the classrooms. There's very little romance to it, and often the work goes unnoticed - unless there's a problem! Yet our Main Office Staff is tasked with making the school run well, and they do a phenomenal job.

I am so blessed and encouraged as a leader to be able to work with these amazing people every single day.

I want to list their names for you so that you will have a reference list for prayer, especially during this incredibly busy season in the life of the school:

Debbie Leonard: Our Director of Admissions, Team Lead for the Communication &  Engagement Team, and my Executive Assistant

Anna Nelson: Our School Nurse and Events Coordinator

Vance Rutherford: Our Technology Director and the Producer of the Gospel Centered  Education Podcast

Linda Morris: Our Business Manager and Team Lead of the Business Team that includes Heather Adams and Sharon Crews

Brittany Scott: Our Receptionist, Elementary Assistant (and many other hats!)

Kelly Allen: Our Digital Communications Director and my co–host on the Gospel Centered Education Podcast

Kathy Ciarlariello: Our Marketing & Alumni Relations Coordinator

Heavenly Father, would you please sustain and bless this great team with Your wisdom, Your love and Your peace as they go about their daily tasks and make important decisions.

We pray that the students that You want to be here at CCS will indeed be here, and that You will be most glorified by this new crop of students as well as those who will return.

Also, Father, be with our Class of 2025 graduates–may they always put You first in everything they do.

I pray all this for Your increasing glory, and for the good of the over 600 employees, students, parents and grandparents in this school community.

In the precious, powerful and strong Name of Jesus, Amen!

For CCS & the Kingdom,

Tom
