The CCS Leadership Program exists to instill and establish faith, character, foundational skills and fortitude to complete any mission, anywhere.
The bedrock of this training is our Core Values - courage, wisdom, justice and charity - that are anchored in an ethical and moral life.
Over time, we teach the elementary students to follow, middle school students to serve, and high school students to lead.
Secondary school activities include student retreats, service days, wilderness adventures, and mission trips - all supported by training in outdoor skills and first aid.
Through these activities, students experience Servant Leadership, Situational Leadership, and Team Leadership to develop the character and skills of a 21st century leader.
